We know you want to be an energized and supported leader with a vibrant ministry. In order to do that you need a place where you can gain practical and implementable leadership strategies while experiencing rest and renewal.

The Gathering of Leaders brings together transformational leaders from across the Episcopal Church for mutual encouragement, sharing of ideas, and reflection on the spiritual and leadership challenges of ministry today.

We have dedicated over 15 years to community formation, assuming the posture of an advocate AND a companion, resulting in a Gathering that is dedicated to education and renewal through peer learning.
